Delivery
WE AIM TO DESPATCH ALL ORDERS WITHIN 48HRS OF RECEIPT (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS)
We work regular hours here at manera.co.uk so orders received on Friday evening through to Monday morning will only be despatched on the Monday.
Make sure you plan around the weather forecast so your new kit arrives in time.
DPD DELIVERY SERVICE
We aim to deliver to you the day after dispatch, and DPD will be in contact throughout. DPD will attempt delivery and if you are not present, you'll receive communication from DPD informing you of your options - re-delivery, an alternative address, or from your nearest DPD Pickup Shop.
You will receive full tracking of your delivery; from despatch right through to when it's at your front door.
ROYAL MAIL 48 TRACKED
We aim to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 48 to you within two to three working days. Some exceptions apply for outlying areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland,
Outer Hebrides, and Orkney Islands may take up to an additional 3 days – give us a call about these so we can get everything sorted). A signature will
be required on delivery and a confirmation of delivery will be emailed to you confirming receipt.
Refunds
If in the unlikely event that you change your mind then you can get the product back to us and you will be given a refund provided items are returned back in an unused, resalable condition. If damaged or visibly used items are sent back, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
In the event that a product is unwanted please send the items back to us in the original shipping box to the below address, and include the returns slip in the box with them:

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned items should be in an unused, resalable condition. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the initial delivery charge (where applicable).
We define resalable condition as not visibly used.
Please note:
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- We may refuse a refund for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer - we'll look after you, don't worry!
You are responsible for the goods from the point that the returned item(s) arrive with us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment - this usually takes 3-5 days, but can take up to 10 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
What if an item I purchased directly from manera.co.uk is defective?
If you receive a defective or have a broken item, please contact us immediately via email at sales@f-onekites.co.uk and we will process your return and/or exchange. In order to process your return and/or exchange, you must email us your order number at sales@manera.co.uk and Ship To instructions PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR RETURN BACK. Manera UK will make every reasonable effort to replace the defective item and ship this item to you as quickly as possible.
Faulty Items
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact sales@manera.co.uk with the following information before returning your item:
- The order number
- The faulty item's name and number
- A description and images of the fault
All faulty goods will be assessed by an expert; if found not to be faulty or to have been damaged from poor use, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
Infos & Characteristics
The OFFSHORE is made for those who spend their day out there. It allows you to carry water, a tool, your phone, a snack, safety equipment and much more thanks to its practical and accessible pockets.
Its fit is inspired by trail running vests, hence maintaining a great freedom of movement and mobility of the upper body once at sea. The OFFSHORE takes up as little space as possible on the water, while still being able to carry a maximum number of accessories, including a wing! Indeed, thanks to its two external straps, it allows you to deflate in total comfort. Once you've reached your starting point, sit on your board, fold the wing, open the two straps, and compress the wing outside the bag. What's more, the often-flashy colors of the wings make you even more visible from afar.
We advise you to use the WING PADDLE ATTACHMENTS we've developed, so that you can secure your paddle along the central strut of your wing. The OFFSHORE bag has paddle attachments, but having the paddle in the wing is much more comfortable.
A word about “deflating”:
SUP foil downwind is becoming increasingly popular, but the logistics of a downwinder are complicated. Riding upwind with a wing, deflating, and then paddling out is much more practical: no car, possibility of choosing the length of your DW, etc.
MANERA has therefore decided to create a light, practical vest adapted to this sport: the OFFSHORE.
Note related to SUP foil downwinding: There are handy, mini hand pumps that can re-inflate a wing in just a few minutes, up to 6-7 PSI. These pumps can be a safety feature in case of difficulty (e.g. inability to take-off). They fit in the OFFSHORE's pocket, and we've designed a nozzle to adapt these pumps to F-ONE wings’ valves. Deflator straps
Deflating has never been so easy! Thanks to its two external straps, the Offshore vest allows you to deflate in total comfort: fold the wing, open the two straps, and compress the wing outside the bag.

Paddle attachment
We recommend attaching the paddle along the central strut of the wing, but it's perfectly possible to have it on your back as in a "quiver" thanks to the two straps.
Leash attachments
The vest features a multitude of leash attachments to secure caps, bucket hats, glasses, phones and other accessories.
Hand pump connector
The hand pump connector is a tip/connector used to connect the valve of your wing with a standard balloon pump. This allows you to carry a compact pump in a bag, which you can use if you need to re-inflate your Wing, during a downwind.
*The Connector is not included in the OFFSHORE vest. For commercial reasons, we did not produce this connector. But we still wanted everyone to be able to access the design and have it 3D-printed at home, so you'll find a link below to download the ready-to-print design.
